This is my first order and I haven't received a handle

We normally send a complementary handle to every new member who selects to receive blades.

Please log into your account and visit the "Product selection" tab to check which products you ordered - did you select the blades for your first order?

Once you have checked this, please drop our customer care team a line with the details of what you ordered and what you received, and they will look into this for you.
