It's very easy to pause your shave plan.
If you are receiving too many deliveries though, please remember you can adjust the delivery frequency in the "Delivery schedule" section of your account. We'll also always send you an email five days before your next order is due so you never have to receive shaving supplies when you don't need them.
If you would rather take a break from your deliveries for a while and suspend your plan, then log into your Cornerstone account, click on the "Delivery schedule" icon and follow the steps to pause your shave plan.
Once your account is successfully paused, you should notice a confirmation message at the top of your Cornerstone account page and you should always receive a confirmation email.
When you need more supplies, all you have to do is log into your account and resume deliveries. In the process of resuming your account, you’ll be able to confirm your product selection, delivery frequency and next billing date.
