I don't feel comfortable with the idea of you taking a direct debit from my account

We’re all about flexibility so you can edit, pause or cancel your shave plan at any time, and we always send you an email reminder about your upcoming order five days before payment is due.

We don't actually take payment by direct debit, which involves having an agreement with the member's bank. Instead, our members provide their credit or debit card details and then we charge their card on a recurring basis, based on the shave plan they choose.
