Can I change the products in an order already placed?

If you have received an email with a confirmation that your order was placed (it should include an order number), then it is unfortunately too late for you to make changes to it as our postal team will have started packing it.
 
Please drop our Customer Care team a line as soon as possible if you require any changes to existing orders - although we cannot guarantee it, they might be able to intercept the parcel in good time.
 
If however you would like to change the product selection for future orders, you can easily do so from your Cornerstone account by following these steps.
