Something is wrong with my payment details, how can I update them?

It’s very easy update your payment details!

Just log into your Cornerstone account and go to the "Contact & delivery details" section. Under "Payment method" you will be able to select "Edit card details".

Enter your new payment details and make sure to save and confirm your changes so that your next payment goes through without a hitch and doesn't delay your orders.

If your next order was due when the payment failed, we will automatically try again a few more times, just in case it was just a small glitch in the process. This is so there's not too much of a wait for your next delivery.
